About the event

Want to feel better in your body as you age, while successfully navigating the stage you’re at right now?

Join Dagmar Dharma in this workhsop where she will go over the common physical and emotional challenges many people experience in aging and how yoga relates to this experience.

This workshop will serve as a great tool to help us navigate the stage of life we are all in right now, as well as to feel better in our own body as we age. We will cover the common physical and emotional challenges many people experience in aging and how yoga relates to this experience.  In this workshop, we will discuss what are our core believes about aging, safely practice some of the steps we can take now to longevity through conscientiousness, breath and movement.

We will focus on yoga as it supports the aging process on all levels: physically, emotionally and mentally. At the end of the session, we will better understand the changes in the body, and celebrate the wisdom found in aging.

Yoga has been practiced for centuries to keep the body and mind supple, healthy and ultimately feeling younger and more vibrant. Discover the transformative power of yoga in embracing the beauty of aging gracefully. Join us in our upcoming session where we'll delve into the profound benefits yoga offers for the body, mind, and spirit as we age.

Embrace vitality, celebrate wisdom, and nurture your well-being. Take the first step towards a more vibrant and fulfilling journey through life.
