What is your go-to stretch? My favourite stretch is Malasana or Yogi Squat! I do this stretch everyday for at least a minute as part of my evening routine. Not only is this a great stretch for improving flexibility, but it’s also amazing for your digestion! It also helps to ground you and reduce stress and anxiety making it the ultimate triple threat! 


What is My favourite type of massage to work on? I love to do massage/reiki combos! I love this combination of treatments because it allows me to work on the physical body for tension and pain and work on the energetic body and emotional health. Often pain in the physical body can be connected to blocks in the energetic body or vice versa, so these types of treatments can be very therapeutic and transformative! My clients leave feeling refreshed, and aligned in body, mind and soul. 


What advice would you give to someone who has never had a massage before? Just be honest! My goal during every treatment is to make sure you get what you need out of it, and the best way to ensure that is to tell me what you like and need! Massage therapists are very flexible by nature, and you’d be surprised at what you can customize! Don’t like the music? We can change it! Don’t want to talk to anyone for an hour? We can treat in silence! Don’t want a certain area of the body massaged? No problem! You’ll never hurt my feelings by speaking up, in fact, I’ll be so thankful you’re making my job easier! 


My favourite way to move my body? Aquacise classes are my guilty pleasure! I absolutely love the water so any workout that involves the pool are top of my list! When it’s too cold to swim or get my hair wet I also enjoy yoga, Pilates, and walking my sweet pup Charlie!
